Terms & Conditions for our 20 Passenger Bus:

• Deposit payable upon booking
• 3 hour minimum at $65 per hour
• Full day rate (up to 8 hours) $500
• Extended day rate (up to 10 hours) $630
• Overtime rate (after 10 hours to a maximum of 13 hours) $80 per hour
• Local Golf Shuttle Service Minimum $65 Call office for pricing
• Silver Star Ski Charter $250
• Kelowna or Kamloops Airport Charter $195 (Vancouver and Calgary Airport rates available upon request)
• Short Notice Bookings (less than 48 hrs) subject to a $65 Late Booking Fee
• Fuel and Cleaning Surcharges may apply
• Charter group is responsible for providing Driver accommodations on overnight trips
• Balance in full 30 days prior to event
  
• Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to event.
  
• Tours booked less than 30 days prior to event will require payment in full at time of booking.
• Individuals at special events where tour is not pre-booked must pay in full before boarding.
